Sorry, but the whole area is already claimed. I am afraid you'll need to move location to get recognized... If you want Akkham to be in Europe, there is space in east Slovakia and whole Moldova and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Plus, you could ask RayXP what are Europe's NPC nations which you can claim (and change name if approved)
