Not even sure.This is the place to put this. I have only.
Been here rougly two weeks. And I think with 12 to 15 hours a day.I'm addicted. What is rogue play question mark I see you can build a military but, you can't attack neighbors.I do not think. The only connection with neighbors I see is water electricity and roads. And I read somewhere on the for Forum that roads will let people throw trash in your neighborhood.
