Game Crash: 2 Issues

This is a text image i get after everytime i open the game.

2nd Image:-
After leaving a city map, when trying to press the 'Single Cities', the game freezes.

Are the two issues connected?

The first the a plugin issue with Hadestia's plugin, the latter freezes because it has to list every city.

The first issue was later resolved by me after i carefully read the error but then also thnak you.

The second issue still happens. I only have like 40 maps.

I'm having a similar problem right now. When I open the games it tells me sorry, a major issue occurred (1.11.63a).
The report contains java.lang.Arrayindexoutofboundsexception: length=10;index=10 I don't know what this means or what to do.
