Need help!

Hello,
Whenever I try to load a new region or city, no matter the size, the game freezes halfway. I also have problems loading into existing regions. I posted a review on Google Play about this but the dev's answer was vague. I play on Android btw

You can try, to turn the graphics down. And about logging in the regions it could be that:
1.Corrupted region files
2.Connection problems


Of course, it may turn out to be a different problem (or you have already solved it) but it's worth to try and check.
