Well a little fire caused the missile lunch Station to get set on fire causing a nuclear explosion whipping out the whole Terra Airport and the airport city and now the area is officially called Area 69
Right now only 2.5% of the whole city is finished, so it's going to take some time I guess
It takes 80 days to reach 100% with a 2.5% increase.
