CEMEF Introduces Upgrades into the Selmese GP

CEMEF, having scored only 5 points through 6 rounds with 2 sprints, introduces major upgrades to their cars, including improvements of the aerodynamics and engine efficiency. “The upgrade package we’ve brought to Whqlat is the most comprehensive we've introduced all season,” Maarten van den Berg, Chief Designer of CEMEF, said last Thursday. “We’ve targeted aerodynamic efficiency and rear-end balance, especially in medium-speed corners. If everything works as expected, this should push us into the upper midfield, potentially mixing it with the top teams under the right circumstances.” The upgrades are starting to pay off, with Ludger Meyer being third and Milan Colombo being fifth fastest in FP1 compared to 9th and 12th in Kursian GP FP1. The team expects the cars to get better results in qualifying and the race.

Lap 1
Rosman gets the better launch than Radhekrishnan and leads the pack only into turn 2. Kashid overtakes Pytali for P15.

Lap 11
Meyer loses a few positions due to a slight problem with the car, but he fixed it with his race engineer's guidance via team radio.

Lap 13
Meyer earns back his lost positions, showing off CEMEF's major upgrade.

Lap 18
Colombo executes an undercut on Radhekrishnan. Radhekrishnan pits the next lap together with Rosman. Colombo was really hoping for a double undercut, but Penske's pit stop on Rosman was the quickest of the race, Rosman exits the pit lane only 0.19 seconds ahead of Colombo.

Lap 24
De Stavelot slightly spun, Meyer barely avoids the car. Robbinson, attempting to avoid the incident, ended up spinning and gets damage on the car, and came into the pits to retire from the race.

Lap 32
Meyer and Saletowski battles for P5, a major battle of the race.

Lap 39
Colombo finds his way through Vonnmar, now having high chances of a podium.

Lap 44
Radhekrishnan and Colombo, already in a battle, closes in on Rosman, turning it into a 3 way battle.

Lap 50
Rosman wins a second time this season! CEMEF's upgrades really paid off better than expected, immediately earning the team a podium with the experienced driver.

it is not allowed. teams have to design and build their own cars.
you may or may not have heard of McLaren F1's official team name, McLaren Mercedes. this does not mean that McLaren worked with Mercedes, but rather McLaren uses Mercedes engines for their cars, due to Mercedes being ome of the 4 engine producers in F1 (the others being Ferrari, Renault, and Honda.)
in conclusion, no, you can't work with other teams in building your car unless it's about engines.

by the way guys, there's this thing called Driver Contracts, basically if your driver drives for a team he needs a contract, and if the contract ends they can either extend it, sign a contract with another team, or go out of the league for a season. drivers can go to teams which isnt from their country, they are free to move to whichever team they want. teams do not represent a country. so feel free to sign deals with others, introduce new drivers to the team, or offer your drivers to others. the real transfers however, will be at the end of the season.
...although, @Mendel Group... i suggest changing kashid who just isn't performing good, drivers are changeable mid-season if really necessary

in all qualifying sessions, all drivers enter the race. among the 16 drivers, anyone who got knocked out in Q1 (not literally, knocked out as in eliminated), which have the 4 slowest times of the session, would start the race on the 4 last spots. theres no such thing as not entering the race, unless the driver is unable to or is not allowed to (rare case, they did too much big penalties and they are not allowed to enter the next gp)
also mendel (can i still call you that?), i suggest changing kashid with someone else. just like how liam lawson in 2025 or pierre gasly in 2019 were dropped by red bull due to their lack of performance, some drivers can be replaced midseason if necessary
