I think it's because the military vehicles are not allowed in plugins because it is a Diamond IAP.

Could it include a forklift? But not loaded, it was empty, it was going to be pretty cool, to include in the ports and factories, to be more realistic

It isnt working, i added both this and the cat to the plugins section but they didn't show in gane, only the cat did
