My plugin store is not working

Is something happening that I didn't know? My plugin store juts gave me an eternal Loading, and Somehow when I see status of my downloaded plugin it says it's not working right now can someone tell me what's going on or how to fix this T-T

Yes the servers were down yesterday as well. The devs are working on resolving the issue.

You guys might at least be able to SEARCH for plugins, I can't due to "High Load"

That is actually one of the fixes to the problem. Better than the whole plugin store being down entirely.

Admin, developer of theotown game, please fix the plugin store for games on mobile phones and PCs, such as Android, iOS, and Windows. When trying to open the plugin, it gives an error and keeps reloading. The image doesn't appear. Many players have complained about this. Thank you.

The devs are aware, Let me quote their announcement on Discord:

Hello everyone,

The recent surge of players from Indonesia has been incredible to see, but it has pushed our current infrastructure to its absolute limit.

To be transparent with you all: our server architecture wasn't built to handle 100 times the usual load. We’ve reached a technical ceiling where we can't just add more servers to solve the problem. The current system has hit its limit, and we’ve had to make some tough calls to keep the core services from collapsing entirely.

Our main priority right now is keeping the Plugin Store accessible, as we know how vital it is for your cities. However, to keep it running at all under this pressure, we have had to temporarily disable:
- Online Mode
- Plugin Store Search (including comment search)
- Other non-essential Plugin Store features

We are monitoring the situation closely, but please understand that these features may remain offline or intermittent until the traffic stabilizes. We’re doing what we can within our technical constraints to keep the lights on.

I tried to download plugins after downloading the game, but the store says no Wi-Fi even though I'm connected. are the servers overloaded again?

Nope, your issue might just be that you don't have 64 if you are on pc. Once you get 64 bit java, restarting the game should help.

Did you download any plugins from the theotown forum without the manifest file? It may be the problem

I too have the same issue ,it says no connection, but yet I am able to log in steam connect my theotown a/c . But still I can't access online regions or the plugin store on pc . Ver 1.12.65p

You shouldn't be. The initial issues were quickly resolved. Any current issues would be due to either not having java installed or because they have hacked the game currently or in the past.

I can’t get past the advertisements. I get to the end and can’t enter back into the game without resetting. I don’t even get the plugin afterward. Help!
