I'm tried build a lot of different cities but most of it I'm delete cause when I'm finish about to 50% of my cities, I'm always feels bad for what I'm do and don't wanna continue this anymore. But not when I'm find my favorite style - Japan and China (Chinese style I like mostly cause of Soviet and post-soviet building style and for that in game I have a lot of needing plugins).
For now I'm finish just a little part of a lot Settlement (Special Administrative Region) and actually wanna to finish this to the end and share my work to public view.

In this topic I'm planning to publish all of progress I made until I'm not finish to build all of my giant region.
Suburb zone with Regional Airport (I'm planning in future build one more but much bigger for all citizens and tourists).
Commercial Plaza Center of my city and some industrial port zone.
Just Sleep Area and among of tropical trees there's hide a little Square of Revolution.
And of course a little village among the trees and a Temple of Monk's Emperor for all citizens who believe in Buddha (Christians don't oppressed in my city, there's a little Orthodox Church for Europeans).
Someday I'm actually made a big progress for my French city, but I'm really tired of European and American styles, that's annoying for me. Tried to build a Soviet city, but that's kinda boring too cause of limit of stylish imagination, but with a symbiosis of two Asian styles make me rise up for it and that's a little bit personal for me cause I'm live in Sakhalin island between two Great Powers - China and Japan and that factor influences me. And my Island opened by Ivan Krusenstern expedition have a closely cultural code with China and Japan.
Expand my city to the North. My citizens have all they need, but except of industrial, i'll make it later and in this sector of my economy there's be a lot of work places to pay taxes more effective
Continue to expanding my city. There's a lot of work actually, but I'm made a great progress, but literally kill for this most of a my day time with breaks of course.
For now there's a little regional city at the coast, but in future this city will be connected to first city that I'm made.
Expanding my city in other end of map, that be connected to (actually it is just need to expand).
Connect this part to the first with help of highway and railroad for passengers.
I made a city center that some kinda capital of whole region, but I'm still need to expand it on whole region and connect to all of now and future parts of city to make em united.

Good idea but have not much time for deep lore work, and I've lost my save. Phone is crashed on a ladder and I can't return my saves back. When I'm have a time, i'll try to rebuild this city, maybe with some changes, but for now it's gone. This topic still be exist.
Rebuilding my Japan-China City. When I'm lost my last save, I'm decide to rebuild my city with some not so important changes, but I'm grab a little bit smaller region (middle size), cause on giant region size I've been rebuilding and expanding my city about the end of time, so my work do just little bit easy for me. Continue to expanding my city and changing it for long time ago.
Military and Cargo Port of «People's Liberation Army of China», that could be the main part of sea transportation infrastructure between cities in whole region and main base of «GOANGDONG NAVY» self-defence forces.
Ready to show you new parts of my Japan-China Style City. With a Military Harbour my city continue to expanding with new living region - «Green Alley» for middle class and rich people who working in that harbour and in third class commercial buildings. And soon my city will be connected with urban railroad and big bus lines. I think this is my really first masterpiece for my low skill city building.

Time to show another part of my city and this is the fringe, when I'm put some farms and Soviet buildings for farmers suburb (something like that, on my language we naming this another way) and a New Center (second center) of City with a little industrial zone names «Trans-Siberia» - cooperate project of People's Republic of China and Russian Federation (and yeah there's Coca-Cola Factory, Russians drinks Chinese version).

Alright, I'm finally finished one region, three left, but it's a lot of work I've done.
This is the last living area in this region called "Old Center" and its a Government Center have Headquarters of «ASEAN» and «UTNS» (Union of TheoTown National States, House of Government (where's sitting ambassadors of Russia, China and Japan) and another government buildings like Economic Center or «WHO» Center.

The airport looks inspired by Hong Kong’s old Kai Tak airport. ( the airport in the first picture )
Yeah, maybe a little bit, but not sure. Don't know how old Kai Tak airport really looks, I just made a selection based on the terrain, but if it looks like Kai Tak, its great, one point for Chinese style.
