use sandbox mode instead if you wanna build highways for free, even your options are still expensive

no no, what the hell? why do you need to save waiting time and lots of money? Highways are a good investment for your city, especially if there's lots of traffic, besides why do you need this? if you want something cheap go in sandbox mode.

while your method is just putting an 8k interchange just to build a highway you might not even reach

while your method is just putting an 8k interchange just to build a highway you might not even reach

after you built lots of highways the inflation makes it very expensive, but the interchange method price is fixed, very useful for developed cities. But the first highway is cheaper to built directly .

But interchanges are interchanges. Not some free highway hack you can use to get less whatever the hell you are saying.
Seriously if you want cheap highways go drop yourself in a river I'm not even gonna bother. Just take financial risks for your city and move on with your life. And also it doesn't cost millions, stop OVEREXAGERRATING that's gonna leave a mark on a new player/builder. Every PLAYER needs to take risks to make millions. Not do some financial tip to keep you rich we are already making lots, even a few highways and we are still fine.
