Step 1:exit your city and go to the gear icon
Step 2:press the file manager
Step 3:go to maps
Step 4:locate your city backup and rename it from '(town name.city.backup' to just '(town name).city'
Step 5:restart the game and you get your city back

So in case you accidentally deleted your city heres how to get back your deleted cities
