3Qs: Optimal Photos, One Theon Income & Other People

Hello there, fellow users!

...(Read these in Danhausen's voice...)

So, to anyone who knows a lot more about things around here in this forum... I have a few questions...

1. One Theon Income - Even if it's said that non-privileged users can have 1 Theon of monthly income here, Why can't I still insert "monthly price": -1 without my game making a fuss about it? Am I missing something along with it?

2. Optimal Images - What's the most optimal photo size (and possibly, some file formats) I could use for manifest thumbnails without taking too much space? Also, what's a good size for photos for posting on the forums in general?

3. Other People - I know that this is not related to plug-ins or anything... But, where did all the other people go? Is @JustAnyone still around? What about @theotheoderich or @Bearbear76 ? Or even @TheFennekin and @KINGTUT10101 ? I've seen many names when I was first playing TheoTown and they have made this game quite special and really fun to play, unlike any other... And I mean that. (Also, shout-out to @michaelbello123 for making that Bottled Time Statue from The Henry Stickmin Collection. Really loved that.)

I remember that I felt a bit concerned that I wouldn't be able to catch up with so many plug-ins at that time with how frequent they were posted to the store at the time of 2019-2020 (I think?) when we we're all inside and stuck... And now... I kind of missed that surge. Feels like close to kenopsia but... Rather than eeriness as the definition states, it feels... Sad to think about. I don't know if that time will come back again.

But hey, I finally know how to make some plug-ins... Just like the ones before me... And maybe for the ones to enjoy next.

Sorry if I got a bit too nostalgic and carried myself away there... I have deviated a lot from simply asking about applying a 1-Theon monthly income to... Whatever I said back there...

The "monthly income" attribute instead of "monthly price" though?

Don't you need like... Something like a privilege though? Or use it as normal?

Everyone is on Discord these days. I used to check these forums every day. Now I check it maybe twice a year. People like me have simply moved on from the game. It's sad, but all things come to an end eventually. New people will eventually come along and fulfill the same roles we had, if they haven't already.

Anyway, I'm glad that I made your experience special. The community around this game back in the day was awesome to take part in.

I said this before, but I absolutely hate Discord. Just the way it's organized makes me not want to use it. I don't want everything in the community to be in some shitty group chat.

Yeah, I don't blame you for feeling like that. I can't imagine trying to make plugins when all of the current knowledge is on Discord (aka it can't be found thru google searching).
