I've recently discovered a way to be instantly rich in TheoTown. Here's how:

FIrst, looks for rocks on the sea. If you found many, you're lucky. Second, demolish them. You will suddenly notice you're getting a ton of money from the rocks. There you have it! I've just demolished some of the rocks on the sea of my world for just a few minutes and getting 2 Million dollars for it.

I think it's not a glitch, but the rocks were made overpriced.

i suppose it's intentional, as there are some all water regions, where the only way to make money is through sea rocks

Instead Demolish All of Rocks on Sea, I prefer to Build Military base with Missile silos inside the complex. Each minutes, will get some K's dollars, and Wait again, even my achievements is reach 4 Million Dollars by that.
Very "Authorian" that way, but that is very easiest way to farming some Million dollars to build An Airport as one of many game Achievements.

But I also sometimes follows your tutorial, thank you for share it.

Cool it works down side is rocks are invisible when in demolition mode but that is just a minor inconvenience

Legal and honest option is build big airport and loot money from nothing. Good and most profit investment.

you can build the DSA ICBM silo, gives 5k income, upgrade gives 75k income, also can use car spawner plugin to make toll farm
