Water Transport

The game lacks water transport. It would be nice to see small passenger ships, or to implement a system similar to trains, where there are both cargo and passenger routes. The system could be made so that there is a pier or port, and from it a ship travels by water to another port or pier along the shortest curved path. I tried making a water movement system, but I still haven't figured out how to create the movement animations. Unlike cars, the pathfinding can probably be handled with math, but the drawing/rendering part... hmm, that's pretty tough
