Hi! I am really glad to introduce my new plugin to you all, enjoy!

1. Introduction
   It is all ready now! As its name, the plugin can generate a pixel picture.
   There might be a lot of problems with this beta release version, please tell me your suggestions!

   Please unzip the file first and then only put the ttplugin file into plugins folder.
   Data Converter:
   Please use this website to convert the image to pixel data: Click Here
   

2. Tutorial
   1. Use the data converter to convert your picture to pixel data, detailed steps:
      1. Visit the data converter website: Click Here
      2. Upload an image.
      3. Set a suitable zoom factor in order to adjust the image to a proper size, I advise to make a size of the image same of the size of the map on which you want to generate.
      4. Generate data and copy it.
   2. Open TheoTown, find and open "Pixel Picture Generator" in main category(in building menu).
   3. Click "Data" and load the pixel data you copied just now.
   4. Set the generate posiition(the left down corner of the picture).
   5. Click "Complete" then "Generate".
   After doing these you will successfully generate a pixel picture on the map.
   I am not sure that whether the tutorial is clear enough or not, please comment if you have any questions, thanks!

3. Future Contents
   Here are some contents I will work on in the future: ...Maybe
   • Higher resolution of every tiles(Like improve 1 pixel per tile to 4 pixels per tile even more).
   • Improve the data converter.

Can you also get the plugin into a category? I can only recommend Terrain and Public. But you know which category suits better, I guess.

I thought to make an icon for it but I had no idea on how to design, the question mark is the default icon when there is no icon provided.
As for category, I think award will be a nice one

Hello, Pixel Picture Generator is currently not working on Android. After some investigations, I found the issue really puzzling. I intend to remake the plugin next week. And if that doesn't work, maybe I will have to contact developer for help.

The issue was caused by an incorrect DNS configuration. I have fixed it. You can continue to enjoy the features at:

That is because the generator uses a simple and crude mechanism, which transforms directly image into an array containing all the pixels in RGB format, making the data large and complex. Nevertheless, copying it should not be a problem on modern CPUs.
As to the "Load failed" issue, the plugin broke on Android after an update. Unfortunately, the cause is still undetermined.

I was previously using an older device with Android 10 specs, and I kept using it until the pixel data generator website crashed yesterday. Now I'm using it on another device with Android 13 specs. When I tried to copy the pixel data, it gave an error. It might be related to the specifications of Android 10 and above.
