PC tutorial for draw plugins?

Hello and good day.

I am in need of a tutorial for pc about how to create and draw buildings.

I only find tutorials for mobile.

I can not find easy to use drawing software to draw any type of buildings, I can not find what other softwares I would need to have to make that building really work in the game, etc.

I want to become one day somebody who draws a lot of buildings to add them to the game.

I appreciate any help!
