Something I hope the devs add

In real life, metro lines can be elevated, at grade, subterranean and underground all on the same line! But TheoTown sadly doesn’t have that, so there are a handful of things I would like the developers to add (if they ever read this).

1.) Make three different kinds of metro stations (underground, at grade and elevated) and make metro tracks able to go at-grade and elevated.
2.) Add jaywalking as a feature to editing your city. (I live in a country where jaywalking is sorta legal as long as you’re not endangering people)
3.) Add elevated and underground train stations (not metro). This also kinda reflects real life.
4.) pls add trams and tram-trains pls I beg u
5.) make more vanilla level 1 industrial buildings, all of them are too small (I’m making a post-soviet/soviet style city and I need BIG level 1 industrial buildings)
