One way incorrect AI

At one way, Highway and alley overpasses, most of the time only a single lane is used, (very few cars use the other) leaving the other lane useless.
Something interesting, this problem did barely occur at normal one ways, Alleys and Highways. Lobby messed with the AI maybe?

Another fun fact: Cars start to have this problem too when they are approaching the overpass.

Yeah, has happened to me, it backs up to the airport.
One lane, red traffic, damn traffic messing up my roads.
I spent nearly 50k in-game. Making a complex road system of One-way roads
And what do they do
"Ya, ima drive in da 1 lane, oh wait it's going back 45 blocks."
Every TT ai be like...

I also have this problem. Emergency response vehicles can't spawn because of it.

At this point, a two separate One ways were just like a country road.
