I have idea for the game (this may take a lot of work but increase game feature. And "maybe" a lot of player will like it)

can you pls add a research point in-game ?
So you don't have a wooden house next to a 10 floor apartment.

How its work?
Just like the population, opening new building.

How to increase research point?
By a school, maybe research lab or rocket launch pad

I now this will take a lot of time and work. And I'm not forcing developer or other, this is just my idea, pls don't mad at me.
