I've downloaded the plug-in but can't find the planes anywhere to place them.

Be sure to copy the plugin folders to Theotown/plugins.

That's what I've been doing. Along with just moving the zip files into the plug-in folder since lobby stated that was now possible a couple updates ago. I just want to place some planes for decoration man

I just tested it and it seems as if the zip-format isn't supported by Java. See here for more information. So you still have to unpack the zip file first, at least for this archieve :/

Well see it's weird because even when I extract the folder from the zip, once I go to the folder it's empty. I then tried to extract the PNG & json directly from the folder, & it just makes a new empty folder.. *sad llama*

You might try out another program to extract it. I had success on pc...

You can search RAR in google play. There is an app that will do it. I tend to ignore .rar archives myself.
