good afternoon Mr.mayor.

me and my brother here need your permission and your blessing to start our new business. you see, corn or grain industry generally in your city is getting bigger by the day and we like to fill the need of storage units such as tankers and elevators. our business will provide a public service for farmers to bring their corn and grain loaded on their trucks to store it in our elevators. also will provide a service of building a mass tankers in their own farms near their houses.
