This is due to the war and economic sanctions
Having a C grade means no Country, Bank or Financial Institution will give loans, invest or transact anything to Valkyrie. This basically means inflation will skyrocket, poverty will shoot up. Basically having a C grade means your country is in a f**cked up state that no bussiness or private indsutry can thrive and banks wont be able to function properly.

Remembet that the market likes Certainty, thats why irl situation, when a small war or trade embargo occurs, it signaks uncertainty and will be reflected on the market.
