There's now a quality control and standards for plugin store, if you want your plugin to be in it. You better improved your plugin or read/follow the rules

Your plugin doesn't come out because version 1.24.00 doesn't exist yet...

Edit the plugin and remove the min version, which is not necessary unless you use a game function that requires it.

What exactly confuses you?

Keep in mind that there are tools like https://pca.svetikas.lt/ that make everything easier than it is.

Idk what's really going on , but I made a trade center that it said that the quality it's to low. I remade it and appearently I'm "spamming" plugins.

I can answer that for you. Your graphics dont really match those of TheoTown, The blue is too dark and saturated and it is hard to see any detailing on the building. Also, its not really isometric and its angles are in different directions. Maybe you can take a look at TT world texture or other plugins to see how yours compare.
I wouldnt say its a bad thing its disapproved, its an opportunity for you go grow, I salute you on your effort but there is a lot of improvement you need to make to meet the minimum store requirement. However, you are free to post it on the forum as a forum plugin and get feedback.

Also, do you know how can I make theotown in my files? I appearently need to make a thumbnail for the plugin and I can't.
