I played WMMT5DX+ earlier and played story mode, and at this one stage masaki and his tuner (forgot his name) was talking about the FDs rotary engine until masaki said: (Heating car talk)

3D Tuning is a nice game about union only. There are some purchases (a lot) but they are extremely cheap. Between 1 to $20 dollars. The $20 dollar is for all the in-game purchases and every other that will be added in future updates. There is over 1000 cars and trucks, including semi trucks (they don't have any trailers). You don't need in-game money and there is no money at all. Try it,it is excellent. Also, if you are not on a mobile device, you can go on the website, you will have the same things and if you have an account on mobile and vehicles in your "garage", you will have hem on the website too.
