What if Numed never expanded?...

If Numed never expanded then the Airistanis would take over India keeping nothing for the people.
The Airistanis would control India and have the monopoly of Mangoes , Oranges and Lemons.
Airistanis would flourish and treat the Indians as if they were made to serve them. India and the Confederacy would not have looked the same. Luckily for the Indians, the Numbed attacked, raided and gained Varanasi known then as Benarós by the Airistanis. But the mughals took it for themselves. Because the Numbed attacked, India is the largest Democracy in the world. Nobody can beat India in Being a Democratic nation.

That's what would have happened. The former monarchical government showed an immoderately aggressive policy against other countries. Because of this xenophobia, all countries divided Kabulia among themselves. The people would have risen up as anarchists and was destroyed.

It would likely be a Spot where Japs can refuel and make it a stop by for planes,troops,and air. But it will not be the cause of winning WW2 cause of US having to be the fastest military production rate however if Pearl harbour happened it will be devastating for the US navy.

There wasn’t any WW2 in Theo universe , only a WW1 ...

I don't know how to explain the Soviet weapons and equipment in service with Kabulia.
