Inspired by the slum areas scattered around Metro Manila in the Philippines. Slum zones spawn compact and dense low-grade residential zones.

1x1, 2x2, 4x4

- No electricity consumption
- No water consumption

Question: How could I upload this to the plugin store? I tried to upload it but I was denied access to upload it online.

On the uploading section there is this tab named "attachment". Click this and you could see another tab that would say "no file chosen".. select that and go to your file directory to upload your plugin (ZIP File).. then there you have it..

I am trying to create a new slum zone type which will float on water. However, when I am testing it in the game, I could not place the zone on water, I could only build it on land. I already used,

"needs road":false,
"needs land":false,
"needs water":true,

Could someone help me point out what I am doing wrong?

Ive had several friends from school who live in similar areas. I think that was what inspired me to create this plugin.

A new plugin for my project. Floating slums and fishery industry, both available as a new zone category.

I have also updated the slum plugin and added a new type of slum zone, concrete slums, which are more dense than normal slum zones.

Both are now pending for approval and should soon be available at the plugin store.

I have an idea for this plugin. But not sure if it can be pulled off.

How about, if there is no "influence": management in the area or if there are red spots for management, it spawns a community randomly once a year.
