Three fighter jets (F-16s) were shot down on a routine fight heading over the Andes Mountains (I dont know the RP equivalent). Later, our scouts discovered a large camp in the mountains with a Red Guys flag inside a hut. Large 120 mm artillery cannons were also found on the hillside. The cannons were stolen, probably from an abandoned H-G outpost in the mountains. The cannons are H-GA86s, which are made by Hekoam-Gilera. At the base of the mountains is a large town called Heviim. Now Heviim has an important road system to Hekoam City, and it has the largest train system in the entire country. In addition, the mountains have an important pass that leads to Port Tenov which is the second largest port in the country. If the Red Guys have access to the port, they could also terrorize all trade throughout this part of the world. Our forces are working at night to set up our own artillery cannons and are ready to attack and protect Heviim and Port Tenov...

DEVELOPING STORY
Police in Quattro just released an audio segment of the last moments in the Red Guys tunnels there.
The Red Guys in the tunnels apparently had all the equipment set to self-destruct, in case somebody found them. The people in the audio appear to mention the collapse of the Red Guys base under the Carpathian Freeway. The first person who can be heard says she thinks somebody knows what they are up to, and then decides to kill herself and the rest of the Red Guys in the base.
The Red Guys base in Quattro suffered a collapse due to multiple ferocious explosions, the same thing that happened to the desert base. In both cases, the tunnels had been built underneath freeways, which have both since collapsed as a result.
(In the audio, RG3 is a male, presumably in his middle teen years. All other voices in the audio are female.)
The audio
RG 1 - "The guys in the desert died."
RG2 - "What happened?"
RG1 - "They sacrificed themselves to destroy the evidence. They also took out eight miles of the freeway the base was built under."
RG3 - "Well that's good right? Take 'em out, right?"
RG1 - "Not necessarily. The desert guys did it because the cops were onto them. If the police hadn't showed up, they would all still be alive. I think somebody's onto us."
RG2 - "What do we do?"
RG1 (After a few seconds of silence) - "We're gonna fix it."
RG3 - "Fix it?"
RG1 - Sometimes the only way to fix something is to erase it from existence. (deep breath) It's been an honor to work with you all.
RG2, RG3, and RG4 - "You too."
(Immediately afterward, the loud, violent sounds of explosions can be heard, and then the audio cuts to silence.)

A Tape was send to the Mindanao police force and says.
"Wrong move..Wrong move you guys pretty much wasted 110 Guys unto a small decoy when will your government learn. GLORY TO THE NEW WILLOW!"
(The tape was short but Mindanao Police Force is now on full alert same in Luzon and Visasyas)

Meanwhile, the Red Guys must have found out about our setup of artillery cannons, and they opened fire last night. We were still setting up camp while under fire. So far, we are not on a good start as we struggle to fire back...

A manhunt is ongoing for the man responsible, Albert McDonough, of Sethlandian/Zayrattanian nationality.

We have successfully taken back the mountain pass and defeated the Red Guys in our country. Here is a more detailed version of the battle:
Battle of Heviim
- Yesterday 6 pm: Three H-G F-16s shot down in routine flight
- Yesterday 9 pm: H-G scouts discovered Red Guy camp in mountains over Heviim
- Today 2:30 am: Red Guys find out about the camp and fire artillery at the camp and Heviim
- 3 am: evacuation of Heviim
- 3:30 am: Special forces and air force arrive
- 4 am: advancement of Red Guys
- 6 am: advancement stopped by H-G
- 6:15 am: H-G advancement starts by mountain climbing and heli transport
- 7 am: capture of the North mountain
- 7:30 am: Northern mountain recaptured by Red Guys and 2nd advancement
- 8 am: H-G forces pushed back further into Heviim
- 8:15 am: H-G forces push Red Guys back into the mountains
- 8:30 am: H-G reinforcements arrive at Heviim, Red Guys run out of artillery shells
- 8:45 am: 2nd advancement of H-G
- 10:15 am: recapture of the northern mountain
- 10:45 am: some Red Guys escape through the pass towards Tenov
- 11 am: some H-G forces arrive to defend Port Tenov from Red Guys
- 12 pm: escaping Red Guys defeated at Tenov
- 1pm: H-G advancement to the southern mountain
- 3 pm: capture of southern mountain
- 3:30 pm: capture of the mountain pass, any surrendering Red Guys held hostage

Unfortunately, none of the hostages knew where Albert McDonough is. But the last hostage says he knows, but he wants 150,000 dollars and freedom in exchange.

Allow Dumber Region to launch secret sattelites that can detect even secret or lost signals (and radios,bombs,all devices, and can hack signal jammers, can also control their base) so we could locate "Red guys" and assasinate all red guys then arrest Albert McDonough

After interrogating the hostage, he said that he didn't know, but just wanted attention. The hostages are all condemned to death and wait in Dawson State Penitentiary until their death. The search goes on for Albert McDonough.

The Red Guys have seen the stolen artwork of the three young soldiers, with the caption "For the Revolution". They have adopted that as there new slogan.
On top of all that, they hijacked every electronic device in Zayrattan for more than three minutes, in order to play a video of fear.
The video begins with an ominous line, then it plays music and shows a supercut of shots of destruction from the cities of Venacia, Renana, Quattro, Cierra, and Sey V'Aughn.
The following is all the text from the video.
"The Red Guys interrupt your broadcast to bring you ... The Revolution.
You can't see us, but we are here. You can't see us, but we are everywhere.

BREAKING NEWS
A few days ago, in the wake of the video, 76-thousand Red Guys defected from the main group and took charter busses to the Quattro International Airport to turn themselves in. This group of mostly women said they had been blackmailed into joining the terrorist organization, threatened with violence if they did not join, and that some were killed by other Red Guys for trying to escape.
On Friday June 21, 2019, the 76-thousand Red Guys who defected and turned themselves in at the Quattro International Airport were attacked.
Before this happened, it was still being decided whether to punish them for joining the terrorists, or to free them because they were forced into joining.
They were fed. They were bathed. They were treated well by the airport personnel. And then, they were dead.
A bomb destroyed an entire section of the Earhart Terminal, which had been closed to regular civilians and was being used as a shelter for the defectors. The massive explosion caused about 80-percent of the terminal to collapse, killing an estimated 43-thousand of these forced Red Guys. Most of these Red "Guys" are actually female.
We have a reason to believe the true Red Guys are behind this attack, but nobody has claimed responsibility. President Salamander has allocated 860-million Zay-dollars to the reconstruction of the Earhart Terminal. Her heart is broken, as she and her daughters were visibly crying, and she accepts any offers for help, but she has explicitly asked to be left alone tonight.
