Steam Stopped Working

Hello friends, I have been having a serious issue that I cant seem to solve it anymore. Actually, I recently purchased a game from Steam, but unfortunately yesterday I opened Steam for playing the game, but unfortunately Steam would not open. But strange when I open the web version, it could simply open. Then I searched online and came across this particular guide. I followed most of the methods, but nothing has helped me. Could someone please suggest how can I able to solve this?
