City nuked automatically [former: URGENT!!!]

Do you have a screenshot of it? Why are you using such an old version?

Cant take screenshots for now but i will try to explain it, Whenever i visit my cities, after 3 seconds it just nukes itself over and over again even quitting and going back again it just keeps doing it... maybe updating the game will fix it? ill try... thx
