I made it with a new method.

It's a normal building, but I made it with a new method of Paintnet. But maybe it's a technique you all know. Please give me some advice.

If the technic is to copy/paste floors of this building then its a really well know technic , a lot of people ( including me ) uses it

Anyways i think this building is too much simple and lacks of roof detail , ground floor detail . Also some slight color variations on the windows could surely improve it

Is there an easy way to change the light on the glass?

There is an easy way:
Choose white or black and increase these colours transparency, so you can use it on the windows.
