farm not created and start working!

I have create farm zone 28x18, should be big enough. but the the farm ind. not created and start working. the farm zone is nearby home and business with police and fire station and school. the farm zone is covered power and water.

Farms requite poor industrial demand (T industrial)

If ur T industrial demand is high with road connection with some commercial demand then the farm zone will grow. Hope it helps.

have T industrial zone and T commercial zone around farm zone, now all the T industry and community building growing up to TT. but the farm industry still not starting and build.

come on my whole city population is over one hundred thousand already, I try built up some farm industrial on city. but it never starting up and create automatically.
every I create the farm zone.
