Military Base IAP

Hello,

About the Military Base IAP, will the fences, watchtowers, etc be able to be placed separately or will they have to be in Military only zones?

I hope not because it would be cool to have barbed wire fences around areas as decoration and not just for military.

Or could you just add wire fences as a commercial decoration? Thanks in advance

I think they are mitlitary zone only.
If you want some decorations, we have plugin system, so why not make some?

I was more hoping for just the chain fence which could be a commercial decoration

You could build all the normal roads you want to be in the area first, and then zone a military area one or two tiles wide around it. You have to build the roads first though, as only military roads can be built across a military area after it is there.

I think if I make it 1 tile wide and as long as I want it should just be a fence?
I was wanting to make a border which is why I wanted to know,
I still think chain fences (with no barb wire) should be a commercial decoration
