You can't watch ads for all of them. Some of them can only br bought using diamonds.

I ain't complaining, you get 10% of the plugin price per download as a creator.

It's up to you whether you want to use it. You can see the minimum price of 10 diamonds as a service fee for using the plugin store. After all, as a player you don't have to worry about downloading, installing, managing and updating plugins if you use it.
From a plugin creator's perspective it allows you to reach more people as it's more accessible. Also you can earn diamonds from it.
Whether players can watch an ad to get a plugin depends on the price the creator set for it. They can do so for a price up to 30.
I don't get this entitled "you have to do it for free" even though someone put time and effort into it

I have no problem with the plugin store unless you decide to not allow posting plugins on the website. You may have to pay diamonds or watch ads to download plugins from the plugin store, but free plugins should still exist. The idea that people can earn diamonds for "selling" plugins is a good idea, unless someone finds a way to exploit it.

If at least the players are releasing plugins in the plugins store I hope there is some quality check on it, or they might put a worstly made plugin for 10 diamonds...
