Carina City

Welcome to Carina City!
As soon as I got Theotown 8 months ago, this was the first city I made in all the way back in 183.
It's an easy mode city, and it's been through dozens of updates and somehow survived. Here's a history:
183: This is when I first got TT. Think about it, no regions, no plugins, no highways, no alleys, and no ranks. In this version I think I made it to probably around 5,000 people. The city was not doing well, on average earning about $600 a month, and sometimes dipping into the negatives.
212: This version changed the city forever. After many in game decades of suffering debt, and population loss, I finally took the next step and built a high school.
The population exploded.
Literally.
In a few ingame years the population went from 5k to 20k. And it wasn't stopping. For about another real month I was zoning and building services all over the place.
Did I mention that it got richer?
It eventually leveled off at 400k a month and estate grew to 120 Million.
As other updates went by the city didn't change much, except zone prices skyrocketed, and one point went into negatives (it was that one where everything got super expensive).
292:It finally reached 100k habs.
Now its at 110k.

There is actually more Rich people in Carina City than Middle and Poor people.
Rich:46,879
Middle:46,373
Poor:23,336
Note:The gap between Rich and Middle was way bigger at 7k people.
Probally because all the super tall red buildings are all over the place.
