I make many cities and i make alot of parks to get them rich. Is there another way? Id love to found out.

You need to give every demands they need. Thus giving them Education (both high and low) will make intellects so they can be easily find jobs, put them near parks, fire station, police station and hospitals.

As your population grows you need to give them job by putting commercial zones and in order to make a continuous growth of population you need industrialization.

Plan well your spending of money.
