You might be saying "well this is android, so it must be the same." Wrong you say, it is as hard as opening a can of food. Here's how to do it
1. Go to the files app, as usual
2. Find the nami file
3. Try to move your .plugin or .zip to nami
4. look for a TheoTown file and move the file again
5. Go to the plugin section of the file
6. Restart the application
7. You're done!
Although this might not be in all Chromebooks, that's all I know since it was so hard.
I exported a b3.plugin this way, and you could do that to any plugin in this store!

Chromebook runs on Chrome OS so it's not the same as android. it just supports android apps.
