iOS 9.3 — failed to start

Hi all,

TheoTown doesn't starts on my iPad 3 with iOS 9.3. Black screen appeas for a few seconds when I start the app and then it backs to homescreen.

Yeah, I know, this piece of device is pretty old, but TheoTown seems to have iOS 9+ in its system requirements.

Does anyone successfully ran it on iOS 9? May be the problem is not in iOS version but in something else?
