Steam account connection error

Hi! For the 2nd day i cannot login to my TheoTown account via Steam game version.

Account created yestersay via PC browser;
Android version accepts login and password first try (after emeil has been confirmed);
An attempt to login via Steam version (latest stable) throws a short error message as below:

I've made multiple attemts over past few days, credential typed in are correct.

I haven't found any logs in the folders i've searched;

Internet connection is great (30m long ping session ended up with only 2 packets lost, average ping 32 to DE), and SpeedTest is showing smth like 90MBit/s in / 95MBit/s out;

Local (RU) internet restrictions are not the case either - tried several VPN locations, such as DE and NL

I would appreciate any help with the issue, because the game is amazing, and the possibility to share progress via devices is convinient.

Steps i've made:

1) Uninstalled existing java;
2) Downloaded 64-bit autonomous Win installer java.com;
3) Installed java
4) Restarted PC

cmd> java -version

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_281-b09)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.281-b09, mixed mode)

This is the only java i currently have installed;

upd: Installed Oracle java as previously suggested. Still the same error.

Java's from Oracle and Java have the save version in this situation. Installers (.exe) have the same size & hash.

I believe the problem is related to STEAM.

I already tried to log in with STEAM offline, but it didn't help.

There was a issue at our backend caused by MariaDB update.

Looking at the log.txt (located in the TheoTown data folder), i've found that my problem is probably related to SSL, i will open another thread since it's kinda off-topic.
