Currently if you restart the game after you installed a plugin,

it simply closes itself without saving the city. This means the player might lose an arbitrary amount of progress if the recent changes haven’t been saved yet.

I think it will be better if the game saves the progress first, before terminating or closing itself.

Yes, I've had that happen myself.

I've learned to only shop for plugins before loading a map, or after closing/saving it.
