✅Game won't start

Game suddenly crashes for me whenever I try to start it up. Worked fine yesterday. I receive this crash just after the loading screen when starting the game, at which point it crashes:

Hi, this is unfortuntately a quite generic way of the GPU saying "no".

If it happens again I recommend to try out the following steps:
1. Update your graphics drivers
2. Install the official Java from Oracle
3. Restart your PC.

I'm having the same problem, just slightly different, an error pops up and if i try to report it the game crashes

So,I went to play theotown today,so I clicked on the app,ya-di-yada yada,but suddenly I notice that the app stays on the screen that says "BlueFlower".
I tried uninstalling,resetting, everything,but I still can't play it,now I fear that I could have lost my city by uninstalling.

City is saved locally in phone in the folder named "Theotown".

it deletes all of the files when uninstalled, for some reason

You can copy the folder to prevent that.
