dry attribute for ground

If you include

"dry":true
in your ground plugin, it cannot be replaced by water and can't be flooded by the flood disaster.

Requires beta 371 upward.

This would also mean that if buildings have dry:true with roads nearby, adding flood would only affect roads and not the buildings. Am I right?

Roads could be built on dry ground also.

But would not load floods right? or they would but it will come back after flood?

Anything that gets flooded is removed during the disaster and replaced by new ground.
