Clearly it was stated that his plugin looks too bland that's why it isn't on the store.

Not because it resembles your plugin meaning it copied yours.

For me I think a little shading, some reflections on the glass and add depth to the building itself. Also try darkening the shadows om the right face and on the ground to give it a realistic feel. The building shape is good already.
