Why the cost of rebuild become more xpensiv

Hello i want to ask. Is there any way or something to fix this?

You know, creating plugin are tricky enough. Sometimes you need to rebuild to see the changes. However, the cost of rebuild are become too expensive. So you cant rebuild again.

Is there any other way to keep the price? Or how?

I mean sometime we testing the plugin after some change and build more than one. However sometime the build cost become more expensive
