How can I make a helicopter?

I have plan of making an air ambulance helicopter that goes to the ActionPlaceType.MEDIC . How can I make that because I asked @JustAnyone^[Posts][PM] in discord but he said it is not possible. But can the @Lobby^[Posts][PM] help me? Vote the answer.

Easy. Well, a bit.
First, you need the base of a 1x1 tile. After, draw the outline to see if it is okay. Then, put the height of the picture to as much you want it to be in altitude. Now you can draw your helicopter in the top. And finally, you must remove the ground outline but keep the same height and weight.

Hey I am saying when you place SWAT the swat helicopter goes to that place and when you buy the big fire station and upgrade it into helipad. It goes to the place where you place the fire sign like that when you place hospital sign the helicopter should go to that place.
This is my plan.

you can only make a dumb, fuel-wasting helicopter to work. Further functionality isn't even possible with Lua!

He wanted a helicopter that actually flies (although his idea of a medical helicopter is not possible with plugins), but these are the instructions for a helicopter that stays in one place and wastes plugin space...though depending on how high you want it
