The problem is mostly with the use of the name and the slogan both in the description and the text of the plugin. Plus, you don't want to be paying them royalties for their use.

So now my Filipino-Hispanic Pack was suspended. I do not know what was the problem. Everything was labelled properly in the .json, the .png files were there. Only when I upload the whole folder contents to the plugin store, everything goes wrong. Can someone help me?

Somehow, there are extensions in what should be folders. Not a good idea.

Try copying everything that needs to be uploaded to a new folder using the "create a new folder" function. Give it a short name like "pack". Zip "pack".
Upload pack.zip.
