In some pictures in plug-in pictures, I think there's so many 'No Longer Available' pictures Is this some problem of theotown website? or user's picture?

:spaceIf an image is broken, it is caused by:
1) forum updates which broke some things. Sometimes fixable just by updating the post.
2) links to images on sites like photobuckets and such often depend on an account being maintained. These will often expire after a year or two.
3) Improper posting in the first place. (The link never worked). This sometimes happens if you are on a page displaying an image and the current url is used and not the one for the image itself.
4) Image deleted or restricted no matter where it is stored.
