I thought you meant you want TT added on Steam.

Factorio and Kerbal space program (My favourite game right now), but they are a bit expensive, but if you compare it to Aid Meyer's Civilization IV it's cheap.

If you're looking for free isometric sim games, I recommend Simutrans

I am a person that loves old games so I am going to give my vote to Half Life° and Half Life 2

Definitely go for Hearts of Iron 4 or Cities Skylines maybe both although they are quite unforgiving for you're pocket especially HOI4
