I cannot send PMs for almost a year now.
I do know that this is a consequence for wrongdoing. However, sorry for being rude, I think that 10 months is way too long..?

Well, who do you want to send pms to? You could just use discord and ask for the email of the person, then chat the person privately...

What about plug-in comments, Youtube comments (only if you make videos) and discord comment.
