At the plug-in store when you got at all plug-in all of the plug-in is that I cannot open due to a fact that the titles are set as text than links I can only press the people created them is it intentional or slow Internet?

You're trying to download the plugins in here? (Plugin Store) that won't work!, you need to open the game then download it through there via the ingame plugin store.
