Can't install the plugins for roads

I can't figure out how to install the plugins for the roads. They all look awesome and I've downloaded a few, but the Json files don't open. My phone is an LG K20 and my phone does not support Jsons. Please help me! I really want to use these new roads in my cities.
Update: My phone doesn't support PLUGINS either. *frustrated roar*

Quickedit can open .json files to edit, read, etc. To use them as plugins though, you just need to copy the folder they came in to the Theotown/plugins folder.

Nevermind! I figured it out!
I guess you have to copy/paste the extracted files into the TheoTown plugins folder.

Yeah, some phones do use the word paste. :/
